About Us

  RHP Ociania

RHP Oceania is a collaborative network of Christian organisations, churches, volunteers, and partners united by a shared faith and a commitment to holistic mission. Our focus is on serving forcibly displaced communities across Oceania, South Asia, South East Asia, and beyond.

We believe that responding to displacement requires more than compassion, it demands coordinated action, shared resources, and strategic partnerships. Many churches face limitations in addressing these complex needs alone. That’s why RHP Oceania exists: to strengthen capacity through collaboration, equipping churches to minister the whole gospel in both word and deed.

RHP Oceania is committed to creating meaningful opportunities for connection, collaboration, and visibility among refugee and migrant ministries across the region. We provide a platform where like-minded churches, organisations, and individuals can come together to share stories, highlight needs, and amplify their impact through collective engagement and strategic partnering.

What is Refugee Highway Partnership

The Refugee Highway Partnership (RHP) is a global network of churches, Christian agencies, and individuals united in their commitment to serve people who have been forcibly displaced.

Launched in 2001 through a global consultation sponsored by the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA), RHP was born out of a shared calling to respond to the growing refugee crisis with compassion, collaboration, and Christ-centred care. Since then, it has grown into a vibrant international movement that connects, equips, and mobilises the global Church to welcome and walk alongside refugees.

RHP works closely with the WEA and other like-minded Christian organisations to advocate for refugees and strengthen the Church’s response. One of its key initiatives is the annual World Refugee Sunday, a global call for prayer, awareness, and action on behalf of displaced people.
